Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from receiving payment unless otherwise specified (bulk/wholesale orders can take longer; up to 10 days).
Shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail to any of the 50 states and Global Priority Mail worldwide. For alternative shipping methods, please contact us.
We offer combined shipping on multiple orders.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. Insurance is applied to shipping costs at the buyer's choosing. We recommend that all buyers choose the option to insure their packages. For delays in shipping, please feel free to contact us.
International Shipping:Please allow up to two weeks for the delivery of international orders (orders placed by customers outside the U.S.). We are not responsible for customs charges, any fees buyers may incur, or packages seized by customs officials. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS IN SHIPPING.
Returns: Returns are accepted:
1. If the wrong order was shipped.
2. The set/outfit is the wrong size (In this case, buyer agrees to pay for re-shipping of the item).
3. Item was damaged/defective when shipped.
Items must be returned in good condition with original tags and packaging. No refunds or exchanges for worn/defective items.
